To ensure that I can give you the best experience possible, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all services, and it will be applied to your final payment. Your remaining balance will be due immediately after your service is completed. I totally understand that life happens—we’ve all been there! I’m an empathetic person and appreciate open communication. If you’re running late, please let me know! Timely communication is key, and I honor that. I just ask that you kindly inform me if you’ll be late for your scheduled appointment. Prepare yourself to spend time—I’m a perfectionist and take great pride in my work. I do not rush through any service because I want to give you the best possible results. Quality takes time, and I want you to leave feeling your absolute best! For cancellations or no-shows without communication, a 100% charge of the service will apply—no exceptions. To avoid this, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, rebooking will only be allowed once the full amount is paid. Once your deposit is received, feel free to rebook anytime—but please note, rebooking is only possible after the cancellation fee is settled. No Call, No Show: If you don’t show up without notifying me, you’ll forfeit your deposit and will need to pay in full for every future service. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes if there’s no communication and 100% will be charged. No Extra Guests: For everyone’s comfort and safety, please plan to come alone to your appointment. I want to give you my full attention during your time with me. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
